My SMILE Says Yes

Month of the Military Child

April, 2024

April is Month of the Military Child, which is a time to applaud military families and their children for the daily sacrifices and the challenges they overcome. DOCS Dental wants to celebrate by highlighting stellar children from military communities that are exercising good values and giving them a reason to smile.

Reni Sandoval-Johnson

Reni enjoys mowing grass for the elderly, volunteering with Youth Engagement Services in Clarksville, giving Christmas Gifts for deployed Soldiers, and giving school supplies for a school in Mexico that specializes in children with Down Syndrome.

One of his most recent community engagement events was partnering with the Grunt Style Foundation, which is a non-profit organization that provides resources to military communities. Reni supported the organization to feed over 700 military families during his experience.

Hailey Hendrickson

Hailey Hendrickson is an 18-year-old teen from Fort Campbell who demonstrates leadership qualities through the various activities she is a part of. Hailey has been a part of JROTC (Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps) and has done volunteer work in the community.
